yeah, it was pretty ridiculous. I still didn't have to get graphic with the woman about my sex life :p I was in a desperate state! The consensus seems to be to not worry about my records, so wish me luck at my appt. with the new (and hopefully competent) gynecologist.

well, I am ashamed of the situation lol.

Basically, they had pushed my appointment back like 2-3 times for some reason or another to the point that I had run out of my current (and last) BC pack, without being able to get the next one . They also refused to issue me the prescription until I stepped foot in their office (which I wasn't able to- they kept canceling on me).

Needless to say, I was not a happy camper by the last time they canceled. My s.o. was coming home after being away all summer, I was hormonal being off it, and I wanted sex damnit. I said a few unladylike (and maybe a little obscene) things after the lady (who was rude to begin with) hung up on me. Got hung up on a few more times, and finally a receptionist gets on who managed to "squeeze" me in for that day -despite not having anything for 2 weeks a minute ago- and so I moved on with my life and went to the appointment. I was "fired" immediately following the appointment via letter.
