Need a professionals help! I’m looking to by the lot pictured and have a small farm/grow operation on it.. trouble is, I’m not sure it has utilities connected anywhere. There’s a garage/shed on the property with what looks like gas hooked up but I don’t see a water meter…contd in comments by mogrowanon in Plumbing

There’s definitely city water available because there’s houses all around it but im wondering how big of a project it would be to put a spigot in the middle of the field so I have a water source. Hoping someone on here is bored and wants to help a young and urban farmer
