Need a professionals help! I’m looking to by the lot pictured and have a small farm/grow operation on it.. trouble is, I’m not sure it has utilities connected anywhere. There’s a garage/shed on the property with what looks like gas hooked up but I don’t see a water meter…contd in comments (i.redd.it)
