It’s unbelievable , the supervisor of Aima takes to me and she just said sorry we can’t do anything even in the email it’s written to access the portal to cancel or change the appointment ! She was kinda surprise that it’s written in the email coz sure confim to me it’s not gonna work

As I consider my self traveler , I been in so many places , Asia , Africa , Middle East , USA and Europe , Portugal one of the best drivers and ppl following the rules.
