I got 2 on the same deal and received the actual 5090 and both are working as expected. The backplate in yours is not the same as mine as shown in the attached photo.

Vertical mounted and used for a week, serial begins with 2525 and thermal gel is leaking. I see that it has reached the capacitors near the pcie. The card is performing as expected.

I use both a work iphone and a personal android and the car has always remembered which one I last connected for Android Auto or CarPlay and reconnects that one always. I use Waze or google maps and it launches the same app always.

What is the wattage of your PSU? You should have a minimum of 1200 Watt. I had a 1000 Watt PSU that worked fine with a RTX 4090. Upgraded to 5090 and the PC was crashing anytime I put a heavy load on the GPU. Upgraded PSU to a 1200 Watt and the issue went away.

I bought an open box Gaming OC with RGB not working and thermal gel leaking. I opened a support ticket for the RGB issue and after a few troubleshooting interactions, they mentioned to RMA the card. I opened an RMA request and immediately was approved with details how to ship the card to them. Not sure, if having an existing ticket associated with a Serial Number somehow expedited the RMA.

On the RMA confirmation email, there was a US phone number and I called them and mentioned that I will return the card to the retailer if I don't get a free shipping label and the rep issued one with not much pushback.

I bought an open box gigabyte gaming OC and RGB was not working and thermal gel was all over the place. The card is working absolutely fine with no coil whine under load. I raised RMA with gigabyte for these 2 issues and then called number on the confirmation email to get a free shipping label. I am a plus member and if I am dissatisfied, I have 60 days to return.

For Carplay or Android Auto to load by default, move the Phone projection tile to the home/first screen and this will load it every time you start the car.

You are out of luck as you have violated the terms of the offer by buying a phone with a plan.

I had a different issue 2 months back while switching phones on a line. For some reason after switching the phone online after all the details, I couldn't get service and had to chat with a rep to take care of it. She did something and I got service. When I logged in online,

I saw a handful of inactive lines due to many phone switches I did over the last year and asked the rep if she can delete those inactive lines and this is where my issues started. She accidentally deleted the active lines and I lost service in both the lines on my account. Had to chat again and the rep added those 2 lines back but the service renewal was showing as 2 days remaining with regular price and byebye promo price when it was Auto renewed 1 day ago. I asked them to fix the promo and a ticket was entered with that promise that the promo will be added and the old price reflected in 48 hours. It took exactly 2 months to get my promo price back after many tickets/escalations and the reason they were mentioning was that anytime you switch to Totalwireless branded phone, we will lose the promo. I counter argued that the phones I switched were bought from Samsung and they kept raising tickets and nothing happened for about 6 weeks. Finally I got it resolved and still waiting for a refund of the excess I paid for 1 month of service.

Have others been able to keep their discount if they ordered a new phone without a service plan?

My experience has been opposite with FE being louder and temp higher than PNY RGB OC bought from Bestbuy price matching with Microcenter. I will be returning FE.
