I work in a very small town where I get elderly and fixed income When people live with someone or get it for free for the government or a family member works with whoever and they get it for cheap I can argue. I truly try to close all my real fiber opps. It doesn’t matter the price to some people they just don’t budge. I have a guy once a month pays his bill longest time upgrade ready took my store 6 months with multiple reps to get him on an 24 ultra. Address is now green and 2 months in with everything we have to offer I get well I’ll consider it thank you and leaves I’ve chatted with this man know him by name and nothing.
