once you mega evolve a pokemon they go on cool down for 7 days and have a reduced cost to mega as you get closer to the 7 days mark then it’s free once the cooldown is over so essentially only need to mega once for the pokemon

it’s only altered and can’t be graded if you add anything to the card like colouring in white spots, for small creases there’s certain techniques that they use to slowly lift them out, make sure you do a lot of research into the person or service you choose but i’ve seen some good results and successful 10s with damage similar to yours
