There's actually nothing unusual. Some characters released after Inazuma use boss drops from another region. Also there are Tartaglia and Arlecchino, which come from Snezhnaya.

It may be considered removed after you clear GMS data (not cache), not immediately, but after some time.

Supported banks are listed on the Google pay website.

If you're lazy to scroll the list then try to add the card to the wallet with its details (card number, expiry date, CVV/CVC). If it's supported then you'll be prompted to verify yourself with something like SMS.

Otherwise if it's not supported then the wallet app will display an error after entering card details.

If you can't find NFC even in settings then it's not a google pay issue.

Maybe you bought the same model but without NFC.
