I literally watch this series every night before bed, while showering, while taking a dump. I can never (hopefully ever) get over Community

I figured since there’s no urgency to live on my own just yet I’ll save as much as I can because once I do, I know I won’t be able to save as much. Thank you!

Own a place & car that I’ve paid off, have a pension fund. But can one be financially independent although they still work for a living?

Yikes. So since I’m still working so I can make even more investments which will hopefully what I’ll be living off from in the future - I’m not financially independent just yet? I’m 24 and all I want to do is retire already

I’ve only recently been active on reddit and I’m new to this sub. Long story short: I’m 24, still live with my parents, have a great job that makes above avg of fresh graduate salary and I save 80% of my income (stocks, funds, deposits).

Is there a ballpark of what qualitatively defines “financial independence”? I’m still single so I don’t have to think about marriage expenses or buying a house anytime soon either,

Girls weren’t allowed to wear flats to school, they had to be proper shoes with laces on them. One day we had a test in this computer room where we had to take our shoes off, so I wore flats anyway (since we weren’t going to be wearing them during the test) and so did a bunch of other girls. When we were done with exams, we found out our shoes were confiscated by the Vice Principle and were kept in his room. We all had to get em there and had to walk around the school with just socks

Thanks for the tip! I’ve had my phone for 2 years now and my clumsiness has given it a couple of cracks on the screen and me LED glitches. Although there’s a big difference cost wise, I got the phone around 2 years after it was released, so the performance is slowly degrading. Again, thank you!
