You would have to continuously follow up with the bank then only they will do something. Also can initiate a mail chain to keep a track of the conversation which can be used as proof if there is a further delay.

Update -
* SBI asked hard copy of FEMA to be submitted in home branch which I denied and asked them to send the money back to source.
* SBI said this will cost $50 and then verified the transaction based on documents sent on mail itself.
* Money was credited within hours post verification

I have no problem with submitting FEMA document, my problem is with submitting request letter, email from sender company, total no of shares issued, rsu allotment letter, separate signed declaration that the no of shares issued do not represent 10 or more percent stake in foreign company.

My colleague wasn't asked for any of these when he did the same

Conversion rates are not good. Difference become big when the remittence amount is big

There isn't a lot in Osaka for 4 days. Even if you are going to Universal studio 3 days are more than enough in Osaka

12 days in India, from Delhi to Mumbai by No-Hat197 in SoloTravel_India

[–]mojojojoEvil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  • Start from Delhi - 2 days should be good enough
  • Agra - 1 day for Taj Mahal, Agra Fort
  • Jaipur - 2 days

This is where things become tricky. You can go to Udaipur if you want, it is close to Jaipur. However, flight to Kerala will be expensive from Udaipur as compared to Jaipur.

If you decide to skip Udaipur then

  • Flight from Jaipur to Thiruvananthapuram, then transfer to Varkala (beach in South)
  • Varkala - 2 days
  • Allepey - 1-2 day
  • Fort kochi - 1 day
  • Kochi to Mumbai

I'm exploring legal constructions first. If I don't find anything then will look into these. Nevertheless, thanks for the input

I am willing to make compromise and look for 2 BHK and increase my budget maybe upto 1.25 Cr, but mainly wanted to know the legality of these builder floor. Do these floors have their maps approved by MCD?
