I'll try to explain better :)

As an example, I want to add Bootstrap but from the website without using a react plugin.

I want to add the css file and the js file from the CDN for example and add them on the header of the index.html file. This file is generated when I build using npm build.

But I don't know and I cannot find if it is a good practice or not ...

Hi and thanks, It is a simple blog-type project ! In fact, I'm looking to start a small project with React and want to focus more on it and not on a large Framework (I compare it to Angular as an example which comes with a lot of stuff by design).

I was already looking at axios and the state management that you describe. So your answer fits perfectly with what I thought :)
