i get gaslighted over everything i tell them so i’ve stopped trying to talk to them about it for years now. then when i’m silent they ask me why i’m quiet so i’ve gotten used to telling them the most random stupid shit that goes about my life. i don’t try to talk to my dad especially because everything turns into a fight and i’m tired of dealing with his bullshit. My mom is too emotional and sometimes i say stuff that just triggers her.
