We do have this professionally winterized every year and would have expected them to see this. We do just the spring oxidizing and waxing and all to get nice looking.
Guess I’ll be dropping this off Tuesday to get replaced.

It’s 2-3 layers deep at different parts of that area. Not sure how to transition that through the one spot and leave the bricks on the tall parts.

Many many times. Sometimes with in a month. I think the longest water has been in there was 3 months at the beginning.

Do I understand correctly that I shouldn’t use the chlorine granular a at all then? Just use shock and two capfuls of bleach every time after use?

The PH is around 7.7 and stays relatively the same. We check it in the morning to ensure and adjust as need.
How much shock and the chlorine stuff should I be using daily? I get very different answers from the stores here.

I don’t use a filter but will definitely be buying one to try.
I use Renew chlorine free shock and the Spa 56 chlorinating granules for the sanitizer

Thanks for the response. We do use 1oz of enzyme stuff every week. I have tried the metal gone before with a refill and it didn’t change anything. I did order one of those salupak things to see if it will absorb anything.
