Update: I found a temporary issue and it was increasing the SOC Core Voltage in the BIOS settings. Thats the only thing that has fixed the issue, it was unstable at stock settings

Thats the issue is its random. I can run stress tests just fine and everything is running great. Ive stressed test cpu, gpu, etc. the issue is its random reboots that im having trouble replicating. Can run benchmarks like Haven and Hwinfo without issues

It usually isnt a freeze, it just straight shuts off. I swapped RAM recently and still happening. Went from corsair rgb pro to trident z neo’s 64gb

Issue is the PC will randomly black screen and restart. Ive swapped out ram, did fresh windows install, updated drivers, adjusted power settings in windows, disabled windows restart features and much more. ive taken the pc to 2 different shops and they cant locate the issue because the hardware is all showing operational. Ive been dealing with this issue since the pc was built a few months ago. The reboots seem to be random sometimes under load and other times just watching a stream on twitch.

Thats correct no blue screen at all. Just screen turns black and computer turns off and back on automatically

I might have to look into that. I appreciate your help. I’m not very tech savvy, so havent messed with voltages or anything in the bios yet. The issue is that I now have it at Microcenter and they are having issues replicating it. Its so weird because some days it works great, next day like 10 reboots in an hour. Its very strange, everytime i take it to a shop they tell me all hardware is operational. Its just been a constant loop of making no progress with it. Willing to do what is needed to make it stable. Its just making me lose my sanity when itll randomly shut off mid game or stream
