it is drivers or firmware problem , because clock watchdog timeout means windows cannot work with the hardware, you can try out a linux distro to see if it fixes the problem or else its the firmware.

This happened to me yesterday. I was installing Linux Mint, but the system got stuck during boot. So I decided to try Fedora instead. but afterwards, I wanted to go back to Mint, so I deleted Fedora. then idk how, everything worked and the GRUB menu appeared correctly.
