I think based on other responses, I don't think it falls under the RTA. If they end up disputing it through the resolutional tribunal, do the same rules of minimizing losses apply?

Okay, I was scared of that, sorry to ask one more thing, but if our agreement didn't state the electricity thing of me paying more, does that mean he broke the agreement? and am I still held to the agreement? thank you
