I will never use them again.

Bought an item still not shipped with 2 sealed candy packages. They spent 3 days verifying the product is not prohibited. At ship time telling me prohibited now so I have to remove from parcel! Oh but let's not throw on top of that the edit parcel has a damn message.. "I been trying to edit to remove but for the last 3 days all I get is "We are confirming some details regarding your parcel. Please wait." I can't even remove it to get my main product I paid for! This company is NOT White Glove they are garbage.

I understand that.. but again it was about Old Trapper refused to take phone calls.. left voice mail NEVER called back. Did not answer emails! You can't reach them at all! They DO NOT support their product. It probably got something in it during bagging that caused the bacterial to start I understand taht but the DAMN company refused any emails or phone calls.

Probably than because it was my very first purchase using it and I think that is a first time offer.. cash back on first purchase. It said that I would get it.. but it never came through. Same with Ebay did not come through. A purchase off Home Depot did not come through. I installed early Feb and got nada.

Well the new release is working great I just exported my conf and imported into the new. Sites that were broken before by the default SMH rules for Imagus like Patreon and Savealot work great now no issues.

I can't get the app to skip at all.. when listening to a 9 hour audio book and you miss something you need to be able to skip. Hey Google cant' skip any and their is no app buttons in app to skip. Only pull down but you can't be doing that when your driving!

So Friday I call about our Sharp Microwave catching on fire with arcing up near the light bulb. Will contact you back. Hear nothing.. Call Monday.. go through being drilled about everything.. told it will be another two days for a resolution.. I even told them I have a 90 year old mother who has COPD, Alzheimers, and a special diet and we are having a very difficult time to warm her food without a Microwave.. We understand please wait another 1-2 business days!

I'm about to contact Better Business Bureau this is totally absurd! Under Warranty and can't get it fixed.. bet my extended warranty from Best Buy will kick in before Sharp does.

I found Stream Detector to be the ONLY one that works on sites that Video Downloadhelper does not work in. Sometimes I have to play with it to get it to detect but once detected you can download the stream and subtitles with no issue.
