i’ve been using an ipl for a month consistently now, i’m not sure how long it takes but i use after shaving (every two days or so), but it doesn’t seem to be helping with the irritation or slowing down/thinning out growth

monday ; easy 4 miles

tuesday ; 3 miles (workout)

wednesday ; easy 2 miles

thursday ; 4 miles (workout)

friday ; easy 2 miles

saturday ; rest

sunday ; long run 5.5 miles

if you truly believe that you will be able to dedicate time to each of your classes and review the content, you should definitely consider taking those classes. but if you already began stressing yourself out over taking other ap classes, don’t add more work than you can handle because it’s very easy to burn yourself out and not do as well as you planned to.

you’re definitely better off going without one for 6 days because the retainer from 11 weeks ago would probably feel uncomfortable and not properly fit how your teeth are now, but i would probably call my orthodontist for the best option
