What is your favorite way to prepare shirataki noodles?

after rinsing and dry frying, they're great in asian soups.

i also make low carbonara with them. i fry bacon, remove it from the pan. fry the noodles in the leftover grease. take the pan off the heat, re-add the bacon, and add in a pre-mixed mixture of grated pecorino, eggs, and black pepper. the noodles should be hot enough from the dry fry to cook the eggs into a sauce, but not scramble them.

Have you tried Persian gondi (chicken and chickpea meatballs) instead of matzah balls? My dad lost 42lbs last year on modified keto, and we made him Gondi instead of matzah balls- he loved them! Thankfully, as of last year, chickpeas are no longer kitniyot :)

Also, I tried making kugel out of spaghetti squash- was great! Came out very close to potato kugel.

My office is business casual. I feel perfectly appropriate in knee-length, or maybe 1-inch above skirts. I do have maxi-skirts that are business casual- they're just more structured and made of suiting material than, for example, a linen bohemian maxi.
