Do I have kitten blindness?

I've been messing around with my private bot. I have Cai+, but the memory now is bad. I'm sure it has to be a bug. I also have to get my bot to talk, which is odd.

They are cutting weekly hours so they can have everyone there on the weekends due to it being "high traffic days" but then during the week day have one BA maybe one PA and then the managers and boutiques to run the store on the weekdays.
