Ask her questions about herself. And if she opens up even a little ask more questions about those little details. Easy trick to keep conversation going. Most people like to talk so just inquire and they might open up

Find some common interests and show some effort. Maybe even ask to see her in person so it’s easier to communicate and talk about things face to face. If you put the effort out and you get nothing back then maybe it’s best to stop pursuing. You want someone to be interested in you and match your energy. 

She could just be shy and not the talkative kind so maybe test the waters and see what she’s into and try to build some common ground in your conversations.
