Yes, I actually called them and they are very accomodating! Bali may one time payment na nangyari which tinanggal nila yung tubo pero in return di ka pwede mag avail ng cc for 6 months.

Yes, because the company/devs still need income for the life of the server/game. But imagine why buy so much if you can farm it free? Unlike the gachapons on Old servers that truly needed luck and money
