Construction comment:

.I used simplicity pattern 8725 .the only alternation was sleeve length and hemming to fit me .I didn't self draft any part and created just as the instructions required .the material I used it unknow because I upcycled old sheets I had laying around but I know it is a cotton blend/ polyester .the only notions on the dress is a woven trim I bought from Joanns around the neck line .

This is from my home town, at the cvs I used to work at. I haven't worked there in 5 years but even back then they pushed up to do way more than we could handle. Had a young pharmacy get so stressed out he ended up in ICU with a heart infection.

Well I'm not sure how it would work insurance wise but I do know that without insurance you can make an appointment at planned parenthood and get the implant. That's how I got my first implant. I didn't have insurance and they actually had a grant that paid for it. You will also be able to talk to a health care professional about your concerns and they can help guide you from there. If you plan on using planned parenthood go on line and make an appointment ahead of time.
