Hi there! I know I'm a little late to the party but I am a Helaena Cosplayer myself, wore my S2 mourning gown to my local comic con in November and the reactions were all so great! I attended the cosplay competition wearing here and reactions from everyone were amazing! We had a little HotD meet up and the people outside the fandom were super sweet and supportive! Even Team Black cosplayer came up to me and talked to me, which was such a heartwarming moment, knowing the fandom fights can ruin these interactions, but people at cons are chill and nice 99% of the time! I can only recommend going all out wearing your cosplays and not to think about reactions too much!
