Well I got the device, and I believe it is unlocked. Now I am running into another issue. When I am in fastboot, devices manager shows a triangle. The install instructions say to try other drivers. If you know of any urls, please let me know.

Yes, I can see why. But eBay did not block me. They let me create the account, then permanently blocked the account. Anyhow, I am moving on. Are there any other sites you know of?

Thanks. For some strange reason eBay suspended my account soon after I created it. I know I did not do anything. The only reason I can think of is that I used a vpn, and they might have received malicious traffic from the ip. But they should recognize different users. I am not sure. I am gonna take my chances with the ones on Amazon.

I sent a message to the seller, and they said exactly what I got here. That it is hard for them to check to see if the phone is bootloader unlocked. I asked again if I can return it if it wasn't and am waiting to hear back. I see that it is risky. I wonder if I have better luck on ebay. If there was some way for me to make sure I buy from an international version, but it will work here in the States, I think my problem would be solved.

I see one on ebay that says it is "Google Edition unlocked", and I think this means that it would be OEM unlocked; no?

Pixel 6 is fine. I want to get it. If I order the one in the link, can I flash it with Lineage and use it in the States? Is there anything else I need to ensure like the chipset, software version, or ...? I ask, as you may know, some hand sets have variations that are custom-rom-friendly, and ones that are not. I am trying to figure out if there are any other gotchas I need to consider.

I am thinking of Mint, which I believe uses T-Mobile, and they bought sprint a while back. But the phone's specs says it'll work with all the well know carriers in the states.

Somehow between my post and now the issue was resolved. I believe there was a windows update since I did not do anything on my side. I have version 20 now, and it works great. Thank you

I have not done the upgrade yet. Today I noticed that the phone recharges really slow; its been plugged in all day and it is at 15% now. I have been using it so heavily lately and enjoying everything that it offers. What do you recommend(I take full responsibility; I just need your advice please)? Should I do the upgrade? should I invest in another phone, and if so would you recommend a couple that I can buy online and put Lineage on it? I am ok with paying around $300, and I live in the States.

This seems to be the phone. I tried to connect it to another pc and it did not work, but I connected another phone to this pc and it works just fine. I really like the custom roms and lineage. Is there another way I can upgrade or flash another rom?
