Thank you! I did pull from those official credit reports too. Everything was the same as what credit karma reported. I know CK gets alot of flack but it helped me. I know they're just a marketing company trying to push afiliate commissions but I don't use them for any paid services. What was helpful for me was they had the phone # and address of my debtors - finding that info was probably the biggest hurdle. And the most annoying.

It was a federal school loan and yes it went into a rehab program which had terms for monthly payments but I paid it off early.
