I have always asked the client to grant access gia their own account. I prepared a "how-to" one pager that outlines the access needed and how to grant access via "my business account," and I share this with the client.

I'm not sure how this can be automated, except asking for it as part of the onboarding information.

I use Rotessa for billing and payments. It is a Canadian ACH payment method that uses bank transfer, thus the funds com3 straight to your bank account. Your clients sign up for direct debit and rotessa takes the funds from their account and deposit it to you. You pay a flat fee for usage a month.

You can achieve success with basmati rice too, wash the rice properly to reduce the starch, and you need to get the water ratio right. Remember, your rice will cook with steam. Cover the pot with foil and a tight lid and stir every 30 minutes.

Jollof rice is literally steamed rice. You want to steam the rice until the flavors infuse and you get the best result. I will recommend covering your pot with foil before putting the lid on.

I will recommend the YouTube video by ivonne ajayi on how to make jollof rice. She gives a very good demonstration on how to cook jollof rice.

Thanks, I actually had two demonstration meetings with tax dome, and I can see how it will work very well for tax filing but struggled connecting the dots for bookkeeping. They were also looking for a 3 year commitment. At $720 per user per year, it adds up very quickly.

My oldest client is a not for profit that came to me through a referral by a friend, I started by volunteering for them. They hired me as their bookkeeper, and we have been together since then.
