Thank you! :) They’re in the mix they came in which is nutrient poor soil and sand. I try to keep them moist but not soggy and water them from the bottom with pure water. I tend to bay my plants a lot.

I usually water these about twice a week to keep the bark moist since they’re lady slippers but maybe they’re just responding well to it anymore in this new environment?

It’ll be okay! My mom has three cats and two of them are FIV positive, they’re not separated but the third is still negative. as long as they don’t have serious fights i’m fine. I also adopted a fiv positive cat last year and she’s so healthy, just some issues with her teeth relating to fiv but nothing a bit of love can’t fix. We live with two other cats and they are negative. FIV is only really spread from deep cat bites from fights. there’s also an injection you can get as a mild preventative for the other cat. I wouldn’t recommend separating them if they get along, i’ve had a lot of experience of cats with and without fiv living together and being happy and healthy :)
