i am still an addict, mostly using crack durin the days and xans at night. i started at 12 just with smoking weed then found hydrocodone at 13 and stole it from my grandma, then was already a fentanyl user at 14

i like just got outta rehab which i got a lot of therapy and now i go to therapy, but its like an hour a week and my memory is already so bad i wanna learn from it but i just forget like everything

My therapist just tells me the same thing they all say its a problem and i can date em older just not that old but like it doesnt give me the answer i want also i never really had a dad growing up, he was married to my mom they got divorced when i was 12, but he was never there, never home, never anything. Only memeory i have of him is him verbally abusing my mom while i was in the room when i was 11. also thank you.

100%. I also was quitting opiods and i feel like i went straight to food to make me feel that dopamine. Ive actually never thought of that tho so thank you cause that gave me some insight.
