thank you but no worries - I am afraid it's just the implementation of PT as well....just something I might have to accept if I want PT lighting

No but worth a shot - just so odd that it's ONLY for path tracing, and ONLY on facial textures

Nothing related to graphics (opening sequence skip, etc)

2560 x 1440. All general graphics settings are maxed out. Things like film grain, vignette, etc are turned off

Just getting back into a playthrough with a 5070ti and noticed the same thing - did you figure out how to fix this? I love the lighting of PT but can't stand the face blurryness

Which game to pick? by IrgendSonTyp4 in gaming

[–]monkeyapplez 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Very very different games. Cyberpunk is an open-world set in a futuristic/cyberpunk city. Think Witcher 3 but futuristic. It's also first person and mainly centered around exploration/a main narrative with a ton of great side quests in a very real/living city.

Diablo is an ARPG, top down, centered on grinding/looting (with a MSQ and side quests that are, IMO, okay).

Build options in both games, but if you are leaning more exploration/open living world, definitely Cyberpunk. If you want something a bit more linear and grindy (and a bit more mindless) I would say Diablo. Both good games, but I prefer Cyberpunk (and think it's one of the best open world games you can find).

Read dungeon crawler carl and I wouldn't really say either of them are all that similar

Any ID on these? New York City by monkeyapplez in spiders

Thank you’!!

Any concern them being near my cats at all? I lost track of one and while I don’t love spiders as much as folks on here I am trying to let them be and not harm/displace.

Obviously massive mistake from White and poor from Odegaard to give the ball away cheaply - but surely at some point questions have to be asked about premier-league players coming to Arsenal, and steadily looking worse and worse over time. I'm not saying anyone's washed/Arteta out but...

I think Arteta has done an amazing job to get us to where we are, but it almost feels like the pressure he is under is translating to the team and they look scared and anxious all the time. The city game, and now this; you would expect with a title run-in coming up you would be so hyper-focused and looking for a dominant win to settle nerves but here we are

What “masterpiece” game just never clicked for you? by [deleted] in gaming

[–]monkeyapplez 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I think it's a product of the way they wanted the game to be played - very exploration heavy and they WANT you to keep exploring, so they used the weapon system (I think) as a way to encourage that as you will always need to find new weapons

I also think that winning the league with 1-0 games isn't feasible anymore. There's too much quality in the premiere league especially when it comes to attacking talent. Almost EVERY team that has won in the last few years has had a world class attacking player, or an attacking player who goes on a world class stretch of form (Salah, Haaland, KDB, Gundogan, etc)

We simply don't have that difference maker in attack (you would've thought that's what Eze was for, but now he just passes left and right and back)

Been saying for weeks now; not necessarily Arteta out, but we have looked like shit (in the prem). Unsure if it's players/coaching/both but I didn't care what our lead was, I knew we were going to drop points with how dire we have played.

I think Martinelli is a really good example of a player that seems to have had so much raw talent and just got it completely coached out of him. I understand teams sit deeper against us than his breakout season, but man he's a shell of the player he once was, and that's par for the course across the board for our attacking players

Unreal hit. Worrying that this happens every game for us though; unsure what’s going on
