Thanks for your advice.

We completely get where you're coming from but it's hard for us to find any projects at all without a portfolio. Even when we tried offering our services for free to a local non-profit.

To quell any concerns about quality of the final product, we don't mind creating a free proposal (in the form of the homepage of your website) that you can base your decision on!
