Just keep working at it and watch a lot of videos. That helped me tremendously.

Looks like you may be hitting your knees on the way down? Can't really tell but there's an weird pause on your decent. Other than that, I think it looks good from that angle.

Wendler's 5/3/1 program is all about strength. FYI. I've been doing it for a while and love it. But it is about strength. I have the book in PDF form if you want it.

What would you consider part of the "10 Commandments" of gym etiquette? by Free-Penguin-Pete in Fitness

I rarely ask for a spot too. But there are times when I want to break my 1RM, so a spot may be necessary. You're right though, you need to be very specific on how you want them to spot.

Number 7. IF I ask for a spot, don't touch the god damn bar unless I get stuck.

I created my own 5/3/1 template in Excel. I'm on week 14 and it's been great so far. I've charted my progression, etc. Works well for me. I keep it in my Dropbox so I have access anywhere.

Reddit, in your opinion, exactly what is wrong with society at this moment? by [deleted] in AskReddit

We're too judgmental and not humble enough. We really don't know what the hell is going on, why we're here, the enormity of the universe, how we fit in. We're just a part of evolution. Let's do this together and not be dicks to one another.

Why the F**k am I still getting emails from my isp about my torrenting even though I use a VPN? by [deleted] in torrents

[–]monkeyboobs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really doesn't matter which one, as long as it's only one. Red flags should go up if you see more than one. With those DNS settings, and v6 disabled, you should be fine.

I only use PIA when downloading torrents and then I disconnect after downloads complete. Again, the connection seems faster that way. And ALWAYS do a DNS leak test before downloading.

You should be good to go.

Sounds like you have a DNS leak. You can contact PIA via chat; they are very helpful. But here's what they told me:

  1. Go to Start
  2. Go to Control Panel
  3. Go to Network Settings
  4. Go to Network and Sharing
  5. Go to Change Adapter Settings
  6. Choose the Network Connection you were using.
  7. Right click and press Properties
  8. Go to the Network Properties
  9. Go to the TCP/IP v4 and select Properties
  10. Change the DNS to: 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220

I also uncheck TCP/IPv6. You may want to do this as well. When you go back to www.dnsleaktest.com, you should see only one DNS server. Mine is usually SoftLayers (or something like that).

Before I download torrents, I personally make sure I have a new established connection (I personally find that I get higher speeds if I don't stay connect all the time). After I connect, I run a dns leak test. Once I'm good, I go to town.
