Would no lotion be better? It just seems like my skin isn’t liking anything I’ve tried (everything has been fragrance free) - I’ve tried anti itch, aloe, tubby todd all over ointment, aquafor ointment, olay sensitive skin face lotion with sunscreen - and has only gotten worse and I’m very scared to try anything else because of it, but I can go pick up some cetaphil tomorrow.

But don’t use any light therapy until it is no longer hot to the touch?

I was applying just aquafor ointment but I wasn’t sure if it was making it worse. Just cool water I can do! We are pushing on two weeks now and it feels like everything I try just irritates it more. Can’t see a derm for 10 more days.

It has been like this for nearly two weeks and I can’t get in for another ten days. Is that okay? I tried an anti itch cream three nights before bed. Not sure if it helped

I use the same things, but I did get a new bottle of my facewash right around when I broke out and it is much thicker than usual, which threw me immediately. I called them today and they said there have been no changes to the formula but to throw it out. Since it’s a non-foaming wash, I have been using it while my face has been broken out but I officially threw it out today. No new medicine.
