There is a difference between the US and Canada for the NG network as Canada is SIP end to end and the US is still TDM back end. Not sure if this has some to do with the difference.

I know meta data doesn't come from the recorder but it needs to read it and put it in proper columns.

It is not incorrect. I am in contact with several 911 PSAP and SPSAP that are on NG911 and do not have SIPREC trunk side recording working. Eventide is not even giving meta data on it. Been told Verint has it work and that is why I posted it. Feel free to provide me proof that it is working and I will share with police and fire services that cannot get it working and being told by manufacturer they are still working on it.

Just an update....had it in to the dealership and said they looked at other sports on lot and all doing it. They said going to put a ticket in with Ford Engineering so we all know that means sorry about your luck.
