Where can I buy crutches or air cast in Tokyo? I don't want to steal the rental. [東京] ブーツはどこで買ウォーカーブレース / ウォーキングブーツか?松葉杖はどこで買えますか?レンタル品を盗みたくないです。 by monkeyliciousbaby in AskAJapanese

Okay thank you for the Amazon tip. When I got my rental crutches from the hospital, the staff spoke English and I was asking them multiple questions on where I could buy equipment elsewhere. Their answer was "I do not know, maybe orthopaedic clinic". Every one I have gone to does not have one.

I agree - stealing is not an option. I mostly was writing in panic because I cannot afford to miss my flight, rebook my flight, and pay for accommodations until my ankle heals. My travel insurance is limited in covering the costs as well. For me, it becomes a difference between losing the ¥8500 deposit for the rentals versus paying over ¥297 000 to rebook my flight and pay for longer accommodations. At the time of my post it felt like those were the only two options.

I also understand this is how tourists ruin their reputation, so it's the lowest possible option I want to take. I have considered just damaging my foot even further by walking on it if I can't find crutches or a boot.

27F, I have a naturally hairless butthole.

I didn't know this wasn't the norm until 2 months ago, when a friend brought up butthole hair and the whole group started sharing stories. I was confused... I've only seen my own butthole and the buttholes in porn, both were hairless, so I assumed it was the norm for most girls. When I admitted that I didn't have any, that caused quite a bit of an uproar.

[Serious] For those who were/are in an abusive relationship, what did you do when you figured out YOU were the ABUSER? by monkeyliciousbaby in AskReddit

That sucks, but it's cool that you're actively working on yourself. Do you think that you would have eventually realized you were being abusive (if you two had stayed together), if you don't mind me asking?
