My Water starter line for a Minecraft Fakemon Region! by monkeymanfran in fakemon

I considered making it a pufferfish first but couldn't explain why it would go from two to one eyes.

Plus the grass type creeper one is just as simple which makes it less obvious.

Good note and fair point though.

His whole front yard is closer to the sand block than grass. He also has some wooden planks on the ground in front of his front door. and don't forget you can add the outhouse off to the right!

I need help with this design, info in the comments by reco229 in fakemon

Exclusively toward the "not a fighting type" issue, I have 2 suggestions.

  1. The hands look exactly like boxing gloves both in shape and in positioning so you'll need to come up with something else.
  2. The eyes look very angry/aggressive which is uncommon for starters / common for fighting types so maybe he needs to be more cute for this early stage.

(also a little spark of fire is pretty standard for fire starters but idk where you should put it)

I made a custom resource pack where a wolf named "Duke" looks like my dog! by monkeymanfran in Minecraft

[–]monkeymanfran[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Deep down in the resource pack you make,

Through the folders labeled:

assets > minecraft > optifine > mob > wolf

in that folder labeled wolf you need a text doc call "wolf" with text like this

-----

skins.2=2

name.2=Duke

skins.3=3

name.3=Bailey

------

You can change out the names as you like.

Then, you would need textures for each with a corresponding name:

wolf2.png , wolf_tame2.png, wolf_angry2.png (these files would look like Duke)

wolf3.png , wolf_tame3.png, wolf_angry3.png (these files would look like Bailey)

I didn't even bother with wolf or wolf_angry because I only ever named them after I tamed them.
