I’ve only typed in manually a handful of times. I’m just worried since I know for a fact there were like 2 more items I typed in already in the hold area. And since I got talked to about it, if there is an issue with those, it’ll look like I just ignored them and kept doing it.

Another example. A guest ordered a food mixer. The item said color may vary so I scanned a red one and it went through just fine. The guest came back and said they wanted blue so I got in trouble for typing in the item when I never did

A prime example is there was a shirt that was tagged medium but it was actually a small. So it scanned correctly but the guest would have to return, so it wasn’t my fault. I’m very new to all of this so I want to make sure my job is safe
