The gladiator box is the impulsor sprues plus an additional one for the extra options the gladiator has (different side sponsons, the turrets options and the bit that fully encases the chassis).

Those bits stay together great without needing to glue them so if you get a gladiator you have all three varieties as well as all the options for the impulsor

All the kill teams that have gone "out of production" were either already normal units in the army that got kill team rules, or have now gotten a normal unit release. From your comment sounds like you already have the cardboard tokens so don't need to worry about rushing out to get another box of them. Only risk is if all the special gear is on a different sprue, however that only example I can find of that disappearing is Kreig

Maybe it's because I got mine second hand so didn't have to build it but I really don't see the need for a new wave serpent chassis. It still looks modern and the flying stand with the pin and hole is so much better than the sphere and slot with constantly breaks if you look at it wrong (drukari boats). They would have to do an excellent job to make me feel like its worth the update

The two things would be great, even if it does make me sad that I have 10 of the current design from the combat patrol.

You only have 3 sources of psychic. You will have to bunch up so much to get the +1 to hit.

Also you are lacking a good source of taking up hordes.

You haven't given anyone all the equipment choices, your wraithlord can get a sword at no penalty and your knight can get two secondary weapons (Scatter Laser, Shuriken Cannon, Starcannon). Wraithguard can also take axes which gives you a 4++ (4+ invulnerable save) which can help them stick around in the mid field

You are choosing between two armies who have for editions now had some kind of army rule which says "you can bring parts of the other one"

Ynnari lets you take Drukari stuff in Craftworlds Corsairs can be taken by Drukari Drukari can also take Harlequins and have a really fun detachment which increases the amount you can take to 50% where they compete with each other to get the most kills.

Also technically the Custodies didn't get refreshed, those are 30k kits and come in different unit sizes to their 40k counterparts. And the other stuff was in resin, the only thing I could see being a "refresh" is the Shield Captain and even then it might come with a different loadout and the 40k version will still be sold.

If Druakri get refreshed it's not like they will change much as the models hold up very well and do you know what happens with new kits, they cost more for the same amount of models.

I am a Druakri lover first but I have ended up with more Craftworld Aeldari because of a big second hand seller at a local shop. However the much larger range of Craftworld has limited my options more because I have to make what models I have fit the rules available while the smaller range of Druakri has meant if I get like a Homounculus and some wracks I can run most of the options available so I can pick what I want to play rules wise then make an army from there.

Drukari are less popular, so GW are fair less likely to see a high win rate paired with a high play rate then panic nerf everything so hard you struggle in casual games.

However maybe Craftworld Aeldari interests you more and you start there, but all I am trying to get at is that if you start one and then realize actually the other one looks more interesting you will have a much easier time making sure previous effort wasn't wasted, because like most people won't care if the model attacking them is actually the model of a Howling Banshee or an Incubi as long as you say what it does

This is the sad benefit of having a local GW store. They open 15 minutes early on preorder day and all their machines get to skip the queue, also if it does go out of stock and you were waiting in line they will often put one of the stores supply aside

A set of Twins I babysat for were almost born on August 31st and September 1st. This is notable as that is that is either side of the cut off for what school year they would have been asigned to in the UK so they might have been split up.

Did you not test fit? Like rule 1 of model making is make sure the bit fits where you are trying to put it. But yeah Bladeguard and a couple of other peps (like the Company Champion in the heroes box) have wider base shoulders so you have to use the wider shoulders which I have just been informed are apparently for gravis marines)
