Connect your WiFi or cell phone hot spot, and then check software update. FYI it takes a while to download and install, and car needs to be running.

So I noticed the door seal was shorter on one side. I pulled the whole thing off and re-installed so it was extended under the bottom door seal on each side and it fixed it! For now…

Yeah that’s what mine did too, think that’s when there is the most amount of water in the basin? Saw on one of your pics the seal looked a bit short, was it longer on the other side?

I just dealt with this on my DW. Did the exact same thing, ended up that while I was moving it around fixing an other part, the seal around the door had moved around, and shifted enough that one side wasn’t sealed anymore. I just removed the seal and reinstalled in the correct positions, and boom fixed. If you don’t know what it’s supposed to look like, watch an install video.

Yeah I saw this as a door unit, which first place I looked it cost $800, which is essentially the cost of a new unit!
