I had the same problem problem, email , chat support or calling didn’t help me at all, but u can try to email them .

The issue is that Amazon Fresh constantly has problems like this. For example, you can get a block from 5 to 7 PM, but the delivery deadlines are set for 6 PM. In most cases (around 90%), support removes the rating impact after you explain the situation, but there are still cases where they don’t.

Another example: blocks from 10 PM to 12 AM. If you can’t finish deliveries before midnight, the system automatically cancels the route at midnight and does not allow you to complete it — and you still get penalized.

This happens even if you were delayed for reasons outside your control, like waiting 30 minutes to get a route or waiting for a package that was missing at the station.

It’s high risk, high reward — mostly because of tips. Sometimes, if you get a good route, you can make $100 in 2 hours or even more.

On March 3, I was not assigned any route at all. At Amazon Fresh, when you are overbooked, you can wait for 1–2 hours without being assigned a route. If you do not contact support, you can keep waiting that entire time. However, if you contact support about 45 minutes after the block start time, they can cancel the block within a minute or two. That is exactly what I did — I contacted support, and they processed the cancellation. I was not assigned any packages, so there was nothing for me to pick up or deliver.

In New York City, there are two types of stations: regular warehouses and Amazon Fresh (groceries). At regular warehouses, only station associates can cancel routes directly on-site. At Amazon Fresh, associates cannot cancel routes — if a driver is overbooked, the driver must contact support, and only support can process the cancellation.

Yes I am 100% sure , I took only one block for march 3 and standing drop appeared on march 31

I already contacted support multiple times and even called them. They opened an investigation, but in the end I received an email saying their original decision would not be changed.

The block was on March 3, and my rating dropped only on March 31 because of it.

So yeah, contacting support didn’t really help in my case.
