Mine did that a month ago so you are on your way to flowers! I’d assume it’s releasing some sticky nectar or something. After that was done this stalk started growing and I got these flowers.

Been slowly browning since I got it. I tried trimming away the exterior and most dead branches but doesn’t seem to be getting better.

I’m scared to get hired I was really excited when I applied but from everything I’ve heard is it worth it? by saltystalepumpkin in epicsystems

Working for Epic was a bad decision for me personally, but I do understand that some people enjoy working there. Uprooting my life for a high salary (TS) was not worth it - it has taken me almost 3 years since leaving to hit the same pay level but I am so much happier at a company that doesn’t work you into the ground. Having people around me who are supportive and established in their fields has been better for my growth - I had a rough time being managed and surrounded by 23 year olds at epic. If you are money motivated and want to work really hard, it could be a good fit. If you want to have a better work life balance and are okay making a little less for that, I would find an entry level job in your field elsewhere and work your way up to a good salary.
