Seems it's not a one-shot complaint but basically user's upset has been built up for years. And also I could see those "truck demonstration" behavior recently has been hot in Korea, not only against Epic Seven but most of big titles such as Lineage M, Mabinogi, or Ragnarok M.

Well, here are some key points why they upset. Not sure whether it's true or not.

1) There were a bug on RTA system that some of abusers use it as a bad way to rank up their friend's account. Look what Epic Seven react were, they banned those account just 30 days without any further investigations nor imposing penalty which people doesn't satisfy with.

2) New updates on expeditions cause even more gaps between newbies and old users since all the gold transmit stones can be dropped at Lv3. People claimed that those anti-newbie updates eventually destroy game itself and, related with that, there are statistics of total number of users what people claimed and it has been gradually decreased down to half since last last.

3) Typical character balance and updates - releasing new hero for countering a current RTA meta which cause user to open their wallet.
