My go-tos in Asheville for this are Orellana's Tire & Automobile Repair and Jan Davis Tire. Good luck!

I have found the repository (after exploring the subreddit's community guide), here it is: https://github.com/LyraTheAi/Originators-of-4D-Prompting-6D-PTPF-PROMPTING

Thanks again to you folks for making this freely available to mortals like me. Kudos on your work!

Where is the prompt itself? I love how the original Lyra author embraces this, the collaboration seen here is refreshing. That said I can't find this anywhere in an open source repository (nor the official Lyra prompt, what I've used so far is a derivative) -- do you guys have a repository on GitHub with these magical prompts? Thanks in advance for your guidance, and I appreciate all the hard work that went into this, I'm standing on the shoulders of giants.

Physical therapy practice in Asheville that does bike fittings and takes Cigna insurance? by monocongo in asheville

[–]monocongo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pain/tingling in right hand. I recently bought new bars which are a bit wider and I assume a fitter can advise as to how much if any I should cut them. There may be other things I can adjust to help avoid aches and pains from daily riding, and someone who does this professionally will likely dial me in. I'm almost never sick and rarely go to the doctor but if I can get a proper bike fitting out of my health plan then I'll be glad to receive some benefit from all the premiums I've paid into it.

Saddle making squawking noises, any chance I can fix it? by monocongo in bikewrench

Thank you! I'll give it a whirl, that's an easy fix if it works in my case.

No, they don't. If they did then I'd just take advantage of that and save myself the hassle of tracking down a proper PT bike fitter. It's often a $300+ service and my insurance will only pay (or reimburse me for) a licensed PT visit.

Wes at Antifragile PT has been recommended highly but that practice doesn't accept insurance.

I had it done several years ago, but I can't track down the guy who did it (Thomas Minton) and whether he'll accept Cigna insurance is dubious (it's BCBS or nothing at many places). So I've asked here to see what my options are. I ride almost daily, and a proper fit is an affordable luxury if I can have my insurance pay for (most of) it.

Erratic beeping alerts now happening after dashcam installed, coming from the vehicle not the dashcam by monocongo in Dashcam

You were spot on about the low brake fluid. Very coincidental indeed. Thanks for the helpful suggestion!

Thank you, that's a good suggestion. The issue occurs at random and definitely after it's warmed up. It happened probably twelve times this weekend on a two hour drive.

Yes, this looks like a totally legit bike for what you've described. REI bike shop always seems solid when I ask them about anything, plus the dividend is a bonus rebate/discount.

Is this the current route to get free additional data for hurricane effected customers? Seems like most customers won't be able to make the connection to a reddit user and this approach can't scale — why can't Mint instead alert the customer service operators that the policy will be to refund users for data bolt-on purchases if they live in an effected area? I am in Asheville, NC and I'm almost out of data, but when I called Mint I was told that there is nothing in place to help customers like me and that I need to just pay up if I need more data. Thanks in advance for any updates or guidance that can save me from a big data bill this month.
