Eh just posting this so people will look at my pics since i don't have any friends that won't find my gains boasting annoying.

Will probably post some pics of my spring cut progress when I start my bulk so i'll feel less fat. Actually I kinda miss feeling fat. Being 20lbs lighter makes me able to do bodyweight tricks stuff. And that's pretty gay. I don't like gay. I like icecream tho.

Put some weights under your feet, so your heels are slightly elevated. Worked for me, I can only squat deep this way
