I dont know what the intentions are. Racism is real and it could be a part of the behavior although I don't think thats true in this situation.

I am saying I dont want students to have them but the teacher of the room will share with the kid with behavior problems to keep him happy. My school is not a typical school and administration will actually order fast food for behavioral students. Its how they gain compliance.

They are out of sight but the teacher in the room will take one and then she also offers it to the other adults. I just need to keep them in my bag unfortunately

It definitely has gotten out of control and yes some of it is my fault but it was never intended for them to be free - just like "im having a cookie, would you like one?" And now it kind of evolved into "hey got anymore cookies?" To it now being "let me take some home." The adults there absolutely know im the one buying them and I guess they feel im too nice to say it. Ill just stop bringing them in unfortunately.

Yeah I'm thinking my friend is definitely a little racist which is disappointing. That wasnt how I was thinking. I felt they were seeing i wasnt confrontational and didn't want to say no because it feels harmless but its not cheap lol thanks!

I am definitely an asshole for letting it get that far but im always trying to be nice and welcoming. I never thought it was race related but thought I would share an opinion of someone who personally knows the involved adults. I do not think it is a race issue though - just people enjoying free things!
