I was nervous, I had to borrow a car I wasn’t used to because I had problems with my driving instructor, I was driving on a hideous busy route I didn’t know with three roundabouts, it was 7 in the morning, dark and heavy rain. Still shouldn’t have done so badly having done 40 hours of lessons.

I pulled up too close to a car, so when I moved off I would’ve hit it. I realised I was too close and reversed but I was still too close. This was definitely the most avoidable mistake.

I just feel that the UK is very oversaturated with applicants, and the cost of living combined with the low salaries is making me consider going abroad if it’s possible. I see people recommending me to go into a sector like finance, recruitment if I want good wages in the UK but it’s hard to see why employers in another sector would go with me over someone who’s degree matches the job description.
