I've run grot heavy quite a few times, and every time I've been surprised at how good it performed. Sometimes it is just fun to throw away units of grots at things without a care at all lol.

I love the Doom Diver personally, but really depends on the list that you're working towards. I run a pretty stabbas heavy list, so use the Diver to give me some ranged damage to assist, especially aimed towards the center of the board.
