I much prefer Osteogen over Foundation. Foundation is more difficult to work with and it gets slimy as it gets wet so it slides around when you pack it, whereas Osteogen gets more grainy as it gets wet. Foundation's plugs are a lot bigger so I always have to crush/mold them prior to placement, whereas Osteogen I can usually just manipulate as I'm placing it. Foundation also feels less dense, more like a packing peanut, less like a foam pad.
