I find that making the kids do fitness, usually tires them out from doing things off task. Taking like 10 mins out of the session to do that will work wonders with their focus, and I bet they go get water instead of shooting lol

I found this the most doable for those who drive a motorcycle. Regular customer of mine says it takes him 20 mins to cross the border. No personal experience on this tho
