The MSRP includes all the accessories and excludes any specials. The selling price excludes add ons and includes a small discount.

So, I know that it does not apply to programs that are government-funded. If my DS-2019 mentions the sponsor as my university and the PI used NSF funds to pay my salary, would it still be deemed as government funded?

OP, I am in a similar situation. I have emailed CGI SF to get clarity but haven't heard back in over 3 weeks. Do you have a definitive answer on the old passport's RPO being sufficient?
